HS.ST® Sequestering Disperse Agent
Colorless to light yellow clarified viscous liquid
HS.ST is a pretreatment, dyeing and soaping agent, it has the effect of chelating, dispersing to the hard water ions, other heavy metal ions and the impurities in the dyes bath. And it can protect the colloid.

• The pH value of 10% solution is 7.5-8.5.
• It can be co - compatible with anionic and nonionic products. With a variety of cationic auxiliaries,
precipitation may occur.
• The waste water of HS.ST can be easily removed in a biochemical wastewater treatment plant.
The product does not contain phosphorus and APEO, nor does it release AOX to the waste water.
FUNCTION
• HS.ST on alkaline earth metal ions in the raw cotton, wax, pectin and precipitation caused by hard
Water, has excellent dispersion effect.
• Does not affect the activity of the complex metal and the color and fastness of the direct dye. • No-foaming and no affinity to anionic dyes
• Very high Ca2+ and Fe3+ as well as magnesium binding capacity
• And even in hard water, also can make the vat dyes, such as indanthrene blue BC, be completely absorbed by fiber.
• Can prevent to form calcium salts in the hydrolytic reactive dyes, which are difficult to wash out in hard water
APPLICATIONS
• Because of its outstanding complexation, dispersing and protective colloid action, HS.ST can be widely used for pretreatment, dyeing and soaping process of cotton and its blended products.
• Even in the continuous pad dyeing process, adding 0.5-1 g/L HS.ST, also good for dyeing.
• To the yarn, fabric dyeing, HS.ST can prevent the precipitation and precipitation water and other impurities;
• As reactive dyeing and printing soaping agent, HS.ST is good at removing the floating in blue and Scarlet color.
• As a pretreatment auxiliary, it can prevent the silicon scale formed by water glass.
HOW TO USE
HS.ST®
[Polyester cotton blended dyeing]
HS.ST can effectively prevent the occurrence precipitation, and the dosage is 0.5-1.5 g / L. Add in the initial stage of dyeing.
[Vat dyestuff dyeing cotton]
Under the general dyeing condition, the dosage is: 0.5-2 g / L. Add before the alkali agent. When the water hardness is higher than 18.75olark, it is suggested that 0.5 g / L of ethylenediamine tetra acetic acid be added.

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE
At 5-35°C it is properly stored in the sealed container of the original packaging. The HS.ST has at least 12 months of storage. Once opened, should be used as soon as possible, after packaging barrels should be tightly.
