FEATURES

• This product has the advantages of high whiteness, low dosage, can be coloring in high, medium and low temperature . It is an ideal low temperature whitening agent.

• This product is suitable for pad dyeing, hot melt dyeing, high temperature and high pressure dyeing, low temperature adsorption and fixation dyeing

• It can be used in alkali oxygen one bath process of polyester / cotton, polyester / linen and other blended fabrics.

APPLICATION

It is suitable for whitening and brightening of polyester, polyester cotton, polyester hemp blended fabrics at high, medium and low temperature.

HOW TO USE

1. Pad-dyeing hot melt dyeing Dosage: 1-3 g/L

   Process: Two dip two rolling (rolling yield 70%) → pre drying (100 ° C) → baking (shaping) (180-200 ° C, 20-30s)

2. Dip dyeing
   Dosage: 0.1-0.3% (o.w.f),
   Bath Ratio: 1:10-30 PH Value:6-13
   Process: 98-100 ° C (low temperature) × 30-60min → washing → drying → shaping

   120-130 ° C (high temperature) × 30-60min → washing → drying → shaping Please adjust the process according to the sample.

Note.
1. The product should be fully shaken before use (turn the plastic bucket upside

down, shake the top hard, turn over and turn over, after repeated several times, it

can be fully shaken).
2. It cannot be prepared with a concentrated base.
