HS.EN® ENZYME SERIES
HS.EN-120 Multifunctional Scouring Enzyme HS.EN-121A Neutral Oxygen removal, polishing Enzyme HS.EN-122 High efficient Desizing Enzyme
HS.EN-120 COMPOSITION
• Complex cellulase
FEATURES
HS.EN-120 is a multi-functional scouring agent, integrating alkali, refining, penetration, chelation
and other functions. When it is used in one bath alkaline oxygen bleaching process, only HS.EN-120 and hydrogen peroxide need to be added. It is not only easy to use, but also has low weight loss rate of fabric and low COD value of wastewater.
APPLICATION
HS.EN-120 is suitable for alkali oxygen one bath pre-treatment process of 100% cotton, polyester cotton warp and weft knitted fabric, towel, bobbin yarn, hank yarn, etc.
HOW TO USE
HS.EN-120®
100% cotton knitting process
HS.EN-120: 2-3g/L, H2O2 (27.5%): 4-6g/L, Temperature: 98°C. Time:40-60 mins.
Quick technique: 110°C*15-20 mins, 120°C*10-15 mins.
The treatment temperature of spandex containing fabric should not be higher than 105 °C.
Polyester cotton knitting technology
HS.EN-120: 1-3g/L, H2O2 (27.5%): 4-8g/L, Temperature: 98°C. Time:40-60 mins. Bobbin yarn, hank yarn technology
HS.EN-120: 2-4g/L, H2O2 (27.5%): 4-8g/L, Temperature: 98°C. Time:60-90 mins. Weaving and dyeing of woven fabrics

HS.EN-121A Neutral Oxygen removal, polishing Enzyme COMPOSITION
• Complex cellulase
FEATURES
• It can finish biological oxygen removal and polishing in dyeing process, save processing time.
• Suitable for a wide pH value (5-8), reducing fabric pilling, improving fabric appearance and hand feel.
• Compared with other enzyme auxiliary, HS.EN-121A can shorten the processing time improve the production efficiency, reduce the consumption of water and energy, reduce the cost.
APPLICATION
HS.EN-121A is used for one-bath process of oxygen removal, polishing, dyeing of
cotton, hemp and cotton fiber blended fabrics.
HOW TO USE
HS.EN-121A®
Dosage: 0.5-1.5% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:10
Adjust pH value to 6-7 with acetic acid or citric acid buffer. Temperature: 50-65 °C.
Note: 1. Increase the mechanical friction and agitation, it can greatly improve the treatment. effect of the product.
2. Adjust pH value to 6-7 before adding HS.121A.
3. Add HS.121A, run for 20-30 minutes to make it work evenly, and then add salt or
dye for normal dyeing process.
4. According to the different characteristics and treatment conditions of the fabric, it is. suggested that the test should be carried out before use.

HS.EN-122 High efficient Desizing Enzyme COMPOSITION
• Bacterial amylase
FEATURES
• It has excellent performance of starch desizing, mild treatment conditions and no damage to fiber.
• The compound has good stability and can be used with anionic and non-ionic auxiliaries to significantly improve the desizing effect.
• It has strong desizing effect under wide temperature and soft hand feeling after desizing. • Low chemical consumption, providing energy saving and environmental protection
solutions.
APPLICATION
HS.EN-122 suitable for all kinds of starch size desizing.
HOW TO USE
Technology Dipping Dip rolling
Note: 1. Pay attention to pH value of solution before adding enzyme.
2. Use it as soon as possible after opening the barrel, store it away from light, and use a special spoon to avoid enzyme deactivation caused by pollution.
