COMPOSITION

FEATURES

• Soluble in water, the solution is milky white
• Not resistant to strong acid and alkali, heavy metal salt and reducing agent
• The permeability is fast and uniform, the re-wettability, emulsification and foaming are all

good, the best effect is below 40 °C, and the pH value is 5-10.
Once the fabric has been treated with HS.T, its permeability will not be affected by the change of temperature, acid and alkali.

APPLICATIONS

• The cotton, hemp, viscose and blended products treated with HS.T can be bleached or dyed directly without boiling, which not only saves the working procedure, but also helps to improve the dyeing defects caused by dead cotton. After dyeing, the fabric feels softer and fuller.

• Agro-formulation humectant, emulsifier, etc.

HOW TO USE

HS.T®

1. Boiling and refining of raw cotton

When boiling, it is necessary to dissolve and dilute sodium hydroxide, and then add HS. T, the raw cotton should be operated at 20 °C for 5 minutes, and then gradually heated to boiling within 20-30 minutes. After 60 minutes of continuous treatment, the next step of bleaching and dyeing can be carried out. If the bath ratio is 1:20, 1-2 g / L is generally used, and 4-6 g / L is used when the bath ratio is 1:5.

2. Raw cotton dyeing

HS.T 1-2g / L (bath ratio 1:20) heated to 95 °C from room temperature, treated for 20 minutes, dehydrated, cold rolled and bleached, cleaned, dechlorinated, cleaned, dehydrated and then treated with HS.T once in the above way, i.e. it can be dyed with vat dye or other dyestuff.
