COMPOSITION

• Cationic quaternary ammonium surfactants

FEATURES

• At room temperature, it is easy to dissolve in acetone, benzene, n-butanol, chloroform, dimethylformamide, dioxane, ethylene glycol, methyl (ethyl or butyl) celluloid solvent and acetic acid and water.

• At 50°C, it can be dissolved in carbon tetrachloride, dichloroethane, styrene and so on.
• Stability for 5% acid-base, when temperature reaches above 180 °C, decomposition begins. • Can be mixed with cationic surfactants and nonionic surfactants, not suitable for mixing with

anionic surfactants.

APPLICATIONS

• Spinning electrostatic elimination of synthetic fibers such as polyester, polyvinyl alcohol, polyoxyethylene, and plastic products.
• Excellent antistatic property, cluster and smoothness.

HOW TO USE

HS.SN®
• The electrostatic elimination agent for spinning polyester, polyvinyl alcohol,

polyoxyethylene and other synthetic fibers the dosage is 0.2-0.5% (of fiber weight). • Silk electrostatic elimination agent, the dosage is 0.75-1g/l..
• Dacron simulation silk fabric alkali reduction accelerator.

• Electrostatic elimination of plastic film products
HS.SN® is dissolved in the appropriate solvent and then mixed with a small amount of plastic powder. After drying, the antistatic agent is added to the whole small amount of plastic powder. The HS.SN, is processed by the usual method, and the general dosage is 0.5-2% can reach good antistatic effect. For example, the tapes of polyester film are applied to the product 0.2%, and the electrostatic measurement results are used. Only 20 volts, no use of this product, static electricity up to 1200 volts.
