HS.BOF® Levelling Agent Reddish brown thickener

COMPOSITION

• Compound of alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether

FEATURES

• Easy to dissolve in water
• PH=5~7
• Anionic
• Good migration, levelness to disperse dyeing, good dispersion property to disperse dyes • Acid resistant, high temperature resistant, but not alkali resistant.

• Can be mixed with anionic and nonionic surfactants, Not appropriate to use the cationic surfactant in the same bath.

APPLICATIONS

• Mainly used as levelling agent for high temperature and high pressure dyeing process in disperse dyestuff.

HOW TO USE

HS.BOF®
As levelling agent for polyester and polyester / cotton blended yarn or fabric with high temperature and high pressure dyeing process. The general dosage is 0.5 - 1.5 g / L

【Ingot yarn dyeing】
Dosage: HS.BOF 0.5-1 g/L, Using glacial acetic acid to regulate PH=5-6 Process: Dyeing at 60°C →90°C →130°C×45mins →Cooling, Washing

【Knitted goods dyeing】
Dosage: HS.BOF 1-1.5 g/L, Using glacial acetic acid to regulate PH=5-5.5 Process: 60°C×10 mins →80°C×20 mins →100°C×60 mins →130°C×30 mins →Cooling, Washing

HS.BOF® can be mixed with HS.N® or HS.M®.

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE

50Kg plastic barreled. Light loading and unloading should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse with a storage period of one year.
