COMPOSITION
• A multi-functional organic and inorganic mixture
FEATURES
• Solidifying point: -4°C
• Density: 1g/cm3 (20°C)
• PH:1% water solution is 3-4
• It can be used directly without dilution when bleaching
FUNCTION
• HS.PL® can stabilize peroxide, such as hydrogen peroxide, and so on.
• In the alkaline bleaching bath, it can prevent the excessive decomposition of peroxide and give
the best protection to the fiber.
•In the process of bleaching, its dispersity can prevent the redeposition of the impurities in the
cotton and can promote the removal of impurities during the cleaning process.
APPLICATIONS
• Stabilizer for hydrogen peroxide bleaching in the cellulose fiber and synthetic fiber blended fabric.
HOW TO USE
HS.PL®
Solution preparation:
(Although adding additives in the bleach does not require any special order, the following method is safer)
1. Add about half of the water first
2, adding HS.PL
3. Caustic soda
4, wetting agent, cleaning agent
5, hydrogen peroxide
6. Then add water to a certain volume
Reference formula:

HS.PL 1-2 grams / liter

Bath ratio: 1:10,90-100°C, 60-90 minutes or 110 °C, 30-40 minutes

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE
50Kg plastic barreled. Light loading and unloading should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse with a storage period of one year.
