COMPOSITION

• Fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether

FEATURES

• Non-ionic
• Acid, alkali, chlorine, heat and metal salt resistance
• Good permeability, wettability and re-wettability, and has the function of emulsifying and

detergent.
• No affinity for various fibers
• Suitable for mixing with various surfactants, synthetic resin initials and enzymes.

• Used as wetting agent and penetrant for textile industrial. • Used as penetrant for leather industry

HOW TO USE

HS.JFCS®

Wool Detergent

HS.JFCS has the ability to wool detergent. It will not remain on the wool after use. It will not yellowish and the fibers feel soft. This chemical can be used in neutral, alkaline or acidic conditions. It can be combined with soap in hard water or used alone.

The suitable temperature is 40-50°C.

Raw wool Scouring dosage is 1-1.5% HS.JFCSo.w.f.
Wool and wool polyester Scouring, the salt can be increased by 5 g/l.
Wool contains more free fatty acids, the sodium carbonate can be added by 1-3 g/l.

Wool carbonization

Shorten the carburizing time, reduce acid content and improve the carburizing effect: HS.JFCS 0.5-1 g/l in wool carburizing solution.

Desizing with enzyme

0.1% HS.JFCS o.w.f.

Scouring of cellulosics

HS.JFCS 2-5g/L and sodium chloride 5g/L were added to the refining solution of acetate fibers and other synthetic fibers, which could improve the refining effect.
