HOW TO USE

HS.LS®
1. Woollen fabric cleaning

Raw wool, wool yarn, etc. can be washed with HS.LS. After washing, the fiber feels soft, does not shrink, and does not affect the dyeing process. The dosage is generally 1-2 grams/liter. The HS.LS has emulsifying ability to grease. Therefore, it can be used as a detergent for wool and wool fabrics. If used in hard water, HS.LS can be mixed with sodium carbonate..

2. Dyed and printed fabrics soap-boiling
The addition of HS.LS in soaping solution can remove the floating color adsorbed on the

fabric and the deposited dirt impurities.

Ice dye color bath often has scale, which is easy to accumulate on the surface of fabric. It can be washed out by adding HS.LS 1-1.5 g/liter and sodium carbonate 1-2 g/liter in soaping bath. When vat dyes are dyed in soap boiling, adding HS.LS 1 g/l in soap boiling bath can remove float color, improve brightness of color, and promote full color of vat dyes with slower oxidation.

The float color of reactive dye printed and dyed fabrics can be removed by adding HS.LS 1-2 g/l and sodium carbonate 0.5 g/l in soaping bath, and the effect can be significantly improved. In the soap boiling solution of printed fabrics, the addition of HS.LS is about 0.3-1 g/L, which can prevent staining and make white and bright.

3. Auxiliary dyeing
The HS.LS can be used as penetration leveling agent for various dyes, but not for cationic

dyes. When dyeing wool with acid and acid mordant dyes, the HS.LS can be used as auxiliary dyeing agent, and the effect is very good. The amount used is generally 0.2-0.4% of the fabric weight.
