PERFORMANCE AND APPLICATION
Safety and no irritation: the product is similar to natural phospholipid in structure, extremely mild in nature, and almost no irritation to skin and eyes. It is an ideal cream emulsifier.
Excellent emulsifying, solubilizing and dispersing properties: it can emulsify various oil phases including silicone oil. 3, low surface tension, rich and delicate foam, decontamination and cleanliness is moderate: when used, produce rich and fine milk foam, easy to clean, skin clean after feeling very excellent, clean and clean, not tight, feel comfortable.
Excellent moisturizing performance: when cleaning the skin, it can give the skin a soft, smooth and refreshing feeling. It is also suitable for shampoo, h air additive and fabric finishing agent.
Resistance to acid, alkali and salt: the decomposition amount of phosphate is less than 10% when it is stored at pH = 2 for 12 months; Such as in neutral or slightly acidic storage for a year or more will not deteriorate.
Good biodegradability: the biodegradation of alkyl phosphate is similar to that of sodium alkyl alcohol sulfate, which can be decomposed into carbon dioxide and phosphate ions. For example, the biodegradation rate of Didecyl phosphate is close to 100% after 10-15 days, while that of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is less than 20%.
Low toxicity: potassium phosphate is a low poison, and its LD50 / (mg / kg) to mice is 74000, Liquid soap liquid soap (LC50/) is a 3400~12800. (mg/kg) for fish.
Usage and dosage
It is specially used to prepare popular popular foam cleanser and foam cleansing milkfish in the market, and also to produce clear, smooth and liquid cleaning products such as shampoo, foam cleansing cream, bath liquid and hand washing liquid.
The hard water resistance of MAPK is slightly worse than that of other anionic surfactants. Therefore, it is necessary to add hard water resistant agent (such as EDTA) or hard water resistant surfactant (such as sulfobetaine) in the formulation to give full play to its excellent performance.
Recommended dosage: Foam Cleanser: 10~50%, shower gel 8~15%.

USABLE LIFE AND STORAGE
200 kg iron drum and 50 kg plastic drum or 1MT/IBC. This series of products are non-toxic and non flammable. They are stored and transported as general chemicals. Store in a dry and ventilated place. The shelf life is two years.
